At Born Primitive, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your training. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Select Your Option

  Choose between a direct size exchange, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items with all original tags attached in the original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your request once the items reach our warehouse.
